A few things worth knowing before your session, so everything feels clear and comfortable from the start.

All appointments must be paid in full before the reading or healing begins during the booking process. A link to your meeting will be sent to your supplied e-mail address using Google Meet, please be on time. If you're running late, your session will still conclude at the original finish time. If you can't make it, I'm happy to carry out an email reading instead, using the time available, with a photo of any tools used sent to you.

I can't be held responsible if your technology doesn't work on the day - for example, your internet connection or device.

All readings take place remotely via Google Meet. Online sessions are recorded, and once uploaded (usually within 24 hours) you'll receive a download link. Readings stay available for one week before being deleted from my storage. Distance healing involves no face-to-face contact.

I understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice using the cancellation link in your booking email or in writing to karen@spiritbloom70.co.uk - otherwise 50% of the service cost will be charged. Cancellations made on the day will incur the full cost. I'm always happy to offer an email reading instead, at no extra charge, if you can't make an online session. I understand emergencies happen and will consider exceptions case by case.

Your reading is stored on Google Drive for one week after your session, then deleted. Your personal details (name and email) are kept for two years for tax and marketing purposes.
