I protect us both before every session, to make sure our energy is safeguarded. I'd recommend preparing any questions you'd like spirit to answer, and coming ready and open to the experience. Payment gives permission for me to connect with your energy so spirit can communicate and offer guidance. 

I use a variety of methods including Mediumship, Psychic work, Tarot, Angel Cards, Dowsing and Numerology - depending on what feels right for the session. If time allows, there's a chance to ask questions directly.

The session is recorded, and I'll send a secure download link by email, usually within 24 hours. It stays available for one week, then is deleted from storage. Once we finish, I disconnect from your energy - take your time to reflect before booking again.
