My own journey started at six years old, with a visit from a grandfather I never got to meet. Over the decades that followed I trained in Aromatherapy, Crystal Healing, Reiki, Tarot and Angel Cards, Dowsing, Numerology and Astrology - and spent eighteen years working as a Physiotherapist, learning first hand how emotional and spiritual wellbeing shapes the physical body.
