Exercise 1

Answer the following questions (if you don't know the answers - search for them!)

1. Who uses sketching in their careers?

2. Why do you think sketching is important in those fields?

3. How do people use sketching to communicate?

4. What are different types of sketches?

Complete the following:

1. Watch the attached tutorial (rapid sketching 3 minutes) https://youtu.be/5LbUwkk93QI

2. Divide a piece of paper in quarters (draw a line vertically and horizontally through the middle)

3. Get something simple to sketch and put it in front of you (key, glass, remote, small toy, etc..)

4. Set a timer for 30 seconds - sketch the object in one of the boxes

5. Set a timer for 1 minute - sketch the same object again in the 2nd box

6. Set a timer for 1 minute - sketch the same object again in the 3rd box

7. Set a timer for 30 seconds - sketch the same object again in the 4th box

8. Take a pic and upload it Google Classroom
