Below are some studio guidelines and procedures, including safety measures and what you can expect when you visit the studio. PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE PREPARED TO INTERACT SAFELY WITH YOUR FELLOW MEMBERS.

We are limiting the number of weekly sessions to give our staff additional time to deep-clean. We'll gradually add sessions back in to the schedule as the circumstances allow.
We are limiting the number of members per session.
Masks are required in the lobby and common areas. We will not require that members wear masks during the workout, but feel free to do so if it makes you more comfortable.
A SPENGA staff member will handle all check-ins and assist you upon arrival.
As always, we encourage you to bring your own water or purchase bottled water in the studio. The touchless water fountain will be available for refilling your own bottle.
Our staff will continue to use commercial grade cleaning solutions throughout the common areas of the studio.
As always, friends and family will not be allowed to wait in the lobby during your session.
Hand sanitizer will be available and we ask that you wash your hands or use the hand sanitizer as soon as you enter the studio.
As always, please remember to bring a workout towel to your session.

As always, bikes will be disinfected by a staff member immediately following the spin portion of the session.
As always, you will have your own strength equipment and will not share equipment with other members.
Strength pods will be disinfected by a staff member immediately following the strength portion of the workout.
Yoga mats will be disinfected by a staff member after every session.
SPENGA yoga mats will still be provided, but feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you prefer.

As much as we love to socialize, we ask that you exit the building immediately after your session and not congregate in the lobby.
