Student Teacher Applications--Byrnes Orchestra

Students who are interested in teaching in the District 5 Orchestra Private Lesson Program must be enrolled in orchestra, must be currently taking weekly private lessons, and must remain an orchestra member in good standing. 

1. Fill out the Student Teacher Application Form below.

2. Have 2 adults (non-family members) submit a recommendation form. 1 must be a current private teacher on your stringed instrument; the other can be any adult who knows you well.
