Important Transcript Request Information for Dual Enrollment Students

If you have completed a Dual Enrollment course, it is essential to request that your transcript from the college where you took the course be sent to the college you will be attending next year.

 USC Upstate Dual Transcripts Request

All transcripts must be ordered through USC Columbia at a cost of $12 per copy, plus an additional processing and handling fee.

The University of South Carolina utilizes Parchment Ordering Services for transcript requests. Please follow the link below for all USC students and adhere to the instructions on their portal. Note that USC Columbia issues one transcript for all campuses. You can choose to have your transcript sent either electronically or via regular mail.

For students applying to another USC school, there is no need to send a transcript from Upstate, as all USC campuses are interconnected, allowing access to courses taken at each location.
