Chromebooks

Pacelli Catholic High School is committed to student use of technology as a tool to expand learning opportunities and conduct scholarly research. The use of technology facilitates global collaboration, while engaging students in a challenging and dynamic curriculum. Beginning with the 2015-2016 school year, through the generosity of the Sentry Insurance Foundation, each student will be issued a Chromebook for use and school and home.

Along with a 1:1 computing environment, the high school is set up with high speed wireless Internet which the students will have access to before, during and after school. Each classroom has a SMART interactive whiteboard and teachers use a wide variety of web 2.0 tools and handheld technology. The PCS technology director and the technology support specialist are available during the school day to help with computer issues, problems, and questions. The goal of the technology program at Pacelli Catholic High School is to support the learning of each student and help prepare them for their future.
