Students will begin their Culinary Arts academic career in Introduction to Culinary Arts where students will begin with the basics, students will able to set tables, take orders and learn the restaurant management skills. Students will then move on to Culinary Arts (Culinary 1) where students receive a hands-on learning experience in Food Production. Students will then have the ability to move up to Advanced Culinary Arts and Practicum in Culinary Arts. Our advanced courses offers students an opportunity to refine their skills, verities of learning opportunities and real-world scenarios!

Culinary Arts is not only about food, it's also about a symphony of components coming together to create a consumable work of art. As a Culinary Arts student, you will learn how to run and manage a kitchen. You'll learn how to estimate the number of ingredients to order, assign roles, task, and how to interact with costumers.
