Being a member of Phi Theta Kappa is the greatest investment you can make in your education and yourself. Aside from scholarships, you also have access to tools to get you ready for employment in your dream career, ready to transfer to a four-year institution, and ready to be a leader in your community.
Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society has been serving two-year college students since its official start in the spring of 1918 with eight women's colleges in the state of Missouri.
The mission of Phi Theta Kappa to recognize and help students from any background has extended outside of Missouri and even outside of the United States, giving it the 'international' part of its name. In 2018, this international honor society celebrated 100 years of supporting a students' career goals and they continue to do so.
