PSAT scores will be released November 6th for the October 14th school day administration!
There are 2 ways to view your scores.
Option 1: BigFuture School App
If you took the digital PSAT during the school day and provided your mobile phone number during test setup, you can access your scores through the free BigFuture School app.
Download the free app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Sign in using the same mobile phone number you provided during your PSAT test setup.
Follow the prompts to view your scores.
Option 2: College Board Online Account
You can also access your scores through your personal College Board account.
Sign in using your personal College Board username and password.
Select your PSAT score report to view your results.
Having Trouble Accessing Your Scores?
If the BigFuture School app does not recognize your phone number or asks for a test registration number you don't have, you will need to contact College Board directly for assistance.

The Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT) provides students with an opportunity to evaluate the skills needed for success in college-level courses, prepare for the SAT, and, for juniors, compete in the National Merit Scholarship Program.
Carroll ISD will cover the cost and automatically register all 10th grade students that attend Carroll High School to take the PSAT on October 14th during the school day. 11th grade students may opt to take the exam for a fee of $24.

TRAFFIC:
Please note that students will need to arrive early and recommended to be on campus prior to 7:45 as traffic will be busy with all 1300 students trying to arrive at the same time. This is at least 400 more students than a typical morning at CHS. If you have 5th block at the Senior High, do not report there! Report to the High School for testing.
WHAT TO BRING ON TEST DAY:
· PSAT (10th graders)
o Students MUST bring their FULLY CHARGED LAPTOP. Laptops and laptop chargers will NOT be provided if you forget yours.
o We recommend that you check for updates and restart your laptop prior to testing.
To test for updates:
§ Click on Search in the taskbar.
§ Type in Windows Updates
§ Click on Check for Updates in the list
§ Click The install\Check for Updates button
§ Allow the device to reboot.
o Students MUST bring their OWN CALCULATOR or test without one. Calculators will NOT be provided on test day. Students are not able to share calculators.
o Bluebook App MUST be downloaded on your testing device PRIOR to testing day! https://bluebook.app.collegeboard.org/
o A snack and drink.
· PreACT (9th Graders)
o Two #2 pencils and erasers, mechanical pencils are NOT allowed.
o Students MUST bring their OWN CALCULATOR or test without one. Calculators will NOT be provided on test day. Students are not able to share calculators.
o A snack and drink.
Test Day Information:
· Testing will begin promptly at 8:00am.
· Testing is estimated to be finished by the end of 6th block for the majority of students.
· After testing, students will continue with their normal schedule and report to 7th block.
· ***The 200 B hallway will be closed during 7th block. Please see the 7th Block Relocation link to find your class.***
· Times are approximate and may change based on testing needs.
Payment and Registration for 11th grade students:
To register your 11th grade student for the PSAT/NMSQT, you will have to pay the $24 registration fee. Payments can be made through www.TotalRegistration.net/PSAT/442963 . Registration will open Monday August 31st. All registration and payments must be made by Monday, September 21st.
Information for Test Day:
The PSAT will be administered digitally using the Bluebook app, which must be installed on your device before test day.
Please make plans to arrive by 7:45!!
Room assignments will also be emailed.
Bring the following items with you:
School-issued or district approved device with the Bluebook app installed. You will not be able to test without it!
Snack, water, and lunch. You may bring your own or purchase a sack lunch. Lunch will be eaten after testing has concluded.
Calculator. Students must bring their own calculator. Be sure to check the College Board Calculator Guidelines to ensure yours is approved. College Board Calculator Policy

Receiving Your Scores:
Your scores will be available in late November and can be found by logging in to your College Board Account.
