This grant is available for food and beverage workers who were in the Texas Hill Country during the floods. 

To offer the best support possible, please take a moment to review the eligibility criteria, as it can help identify any situations that might affect your assistance. 

PRIORITY APPLICANTS

• Must reside in or have been impacted in the following counties and/or cities: 

  • Counties: Kendall, Kerr, or Menard.

• Must have worked at least 30 hours per week for six months before the floods, specifically from January 2025 - June 2025.

• Your annual income is less than $40,000, you are an hourly employee, and you receive taxable income. 

• Those who have sustained significant damage to their homes.

• Anyone whose employment has been impacted by the floods.

• Single parents, caretakers with children or dependents, and dual F+B households.

• Applicants who submit the requested documentation with their application will be prioritized.

EXCLUSIONS - INELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Home was unaffected, and employment status or hours worked have not been impacted by the Texas Hill Country floods.

• Salaried employees whose income and housing situation have remained stable during the event.

• Individuals classified as 1099 contract workers.

• Workers compensated in cash.
