1) Perform 2-3 Activities from the Warm-up Exercises page for 10 minutes
2) Complete 3-4 Activities from any of the other pages (Ball Skills, Stair Training, Balance Activities, Coordination, or the Core Strengthening) for 20 minutes
3) Complete both 1) & 2) either once per week if your child receives 29 sessions of Physical Therapy annually or twice per week if your child receives 58 sessions of Physical Therapy annually.
Please send email comments about which activities your child is performing and how your child is performing them. You may also send a picture or video of your child completing the activities.
