1) Perform 2-3 Activities from the Warm-up Exercises page for 5-10 minutes
2) Complete 3-4 Activities from any of the other pages (Ball Skills, Stair Training, Balance Activities, Coordination, Core Strengthening, Animal Walks, Full Name Workout, Scavenger Hunt Activity, Home Ball Activities, Fun Activities, or Additional Exercises) for 20-25 minutes
3) Complete both 1) & 2) either once per week if your child receives 29 sessions of Physical Therapy annually or twice per week if your child receives 58 sessions of Physical Therapy annually
