Cotton fabric inner and outer layers surrounding heat reflective (insul-brite) batting acts as a potholder and will fit most pans. The holder measures approximately 2.5" x 5".

Safety note - do not keep on pan over open flame or in oven. Fabric can burn. Insul-brite is rated for under 400 degrees Fahrenheit. The holder can be kept on the pan for carrying or when on your counter or table.
