Hormone Harmony: A 12 Week Personalized Perimenopause/Menopause Coaching Experience
Hormone Harmony is a 12-week coaching program for perimenopausal and menopausal women seeking to support hormone health naturally and reduce symptoms by addressing underlying nutrition and lifestyle factors, not simply masking them.
This is not a generic plan. Using science-backed, nutrition, lifestyle, and wellness strategies, I create a personalized approach based on your health history, preferences, and daily reality. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we work to support the foundational systems that influence hormones, including nutrition, stress, digestion and sleep.
This program supports women experiencing symptoms such as (but not limited to): hot flashes, night sweats, poor sleep or frequent nighttime waking, fatigue, burnout, or low motivation, mood swings, anxiousness, or increased irritability, brain fog, stubborn weight loss or changes in body composition.
With 6 private biweekly sessions and check-in's between sessions, you’ll gain clarity, accountability, and confidence as you learn how to support your hormones naturally and sustainably. The goal is not perfection, but balance and harmony — helping you feel steady, energized, and confident in your body again.

Cost: $450
Payment in full: $450 ($75/session for 6 sessions)
