First we started out by sketching out our model. Our main goal was to build an effective and sturdy robot.

Then, we build the base model with a battery pack and motors in order to power the wheels. This base model allowed us to add on structure to our robot.

After creating our base model, we decided to add on structure to the robot. This was through treads, a wheels, and a supportive fin.

Finally, after initial testing, we decided to remove the treads so that the robot could move more fluidly and have a better turn radius.

robotics analysis

I believe that the BattleBot is a robot. This is because it is mechanic and also because it completes a task. This task being, that it can move, and battle other robots. This is what i believe constitutes a robot.
