Who is able to attend? Is there an age restriction?
The event is open to the public. There is not an age restriction, however, some topics will address heavy and mature content.
Is there a cost to attend the conference?
No, the conference is free. If you would like to support us via a donation, however, we are happy to accept them and to feature you or your organization in our Sponsors page. Please contact us at ssuwocc@gmail.com to get this process started.
Will I be getting a registration confirmation?
Yes, you will be receiving an email confirmation after you have registered.
Where are the gender neutral bathrooms?
They are located in every floor of the Student Center.
What are transportation options to get to the conference?

Will there be a prayer room?
Yes, there will be designated spaces in the Student Center. Please ask a volunteer at check-in about the exact location.
Can I become a volunteer?

Will there be accommodations for breastfeeding mothers?
SSU has a breastfeeding room on campus in Zinfandel Village, however, we welcome breastfeeding moms to breastfeed in any and all conference spaces.

May I attend half/part of the conference?
Yes, you may attend half/part of the conference. If you plan on attending the lunch and the keynote presentation at 4 p.m., you will need to register to have a reserved spot. We highly recommend for everyone to register before the conference or during Check-In.
