About the 2023 Special Olympics Northern California Fall Games

Approximately 500 athletes, Unified partners and volunteer coaches from Northern California will compete or coach in Unified Flag Football or Soccer. Athletes trained for 6 to 8 weeks and then competed in regional competitions to earn a spot in the Fall Games.

Fall Games will begin in the morning of Saturday, Nov. 4th, with an Opening Ceremony at 9:00am. Competition will take place throughout the day at Cherry Island Soccer Complex. Attending athletes and members of the community will have the opportunity to partake in free health screenings. There is no admission fee to watch Opening Ceremony or the competitions.
