• Report all scratches at Registration on Saturday morning
• Athletes and Unified partners on a team must wear the same uniform and teams must supply all regulation equipment (flag belts and mouth guards)
Flag Football Schedule of Events
Saturday, November 4th
8:00am Team Registration
8:30am Volunteer, Officials & Volunteer Meeting
10:00am - 2:00pm Team Competition
10:00am Individual Skills Contest
11:00am - 1:00pm Lunch Window
2:15pm - 3:30pm Combine Events
Awards will be presented at the end of division play, or as soon as placement is determined. All
athletes will receive a medal or ribbon.
Coaches Notes
All Coaches must be cleared as a Volunteer in order to participate.
All athletes and Unified Partners must have a current, valid Athlete Application for Participation, and must be on their team’s registration packet prior to the event.
Lunch will be provided for all athletes, unified partners, coaches, and volunteers.
Scratches - please submit scratches to headquarters ASAP.
Only Cleared athletes, coaches, unified partners, volunteers, and GMT are allowed on the field or in the bench area, this will be enforced at the event.
Schedule of events can be found near headquarter or in your coach’s packet.
No dogs are allowed at this event unless they are a service animal.
Division 3: Will play a 3 team round robin.
Division 4: Will play a 4 team round robin.
Division 5A: Will play a 3 team round robin.
Division 5B: Will play a 3 team round robin.
Combine Event: Will be for all athletes and Unified Partners. We will have prizes for individuals depending on scores and times.
General Venue Information
Jeans are not allowed.
Players are not permitted to play without proper equipment.
Teams & spectators may bring tents (maximum size 10 x 10) but must respect the venue’s layout. Provided seating and shade will be for registered athletes, Unified partners, coaches and volunteers only, so please encourage spectators to bring chairs for themselves.
Fields are restricted to registered athletes, coaches and volunteers. Spectators must stay on the outer perimeter of the fields in designated areas.
Water will be available around the fields.
