The Line tool is located at the bottom of your Photoshop Toolbar Under the Square Button

DAY 1:
Outline Object ( Try to keep lines connected)
Merge Line Layers (DO NOT MERGE LINES TO PHOTO LAYER)
Save as PSD
Step 1: Merge Your Line layers and name that layer WIREFRAME
Step 2: Ctrl J > to make a copy of the Wireframe layer. Turn off that layer and move it to the bottom of your layers.
Step 3: Select your wireframe layer (Dark Grey). Be sure your Photo layer is ON directly below the wireframe layer
Select the Eye Dropper tool > CLICK in a Polygon (Color will change in your color pallet.
Select your Paint Bucket and drop the color into the polygon

Do not merge your wireframe to your Photo
