The purpose of 100 point projects is to have you go in depth on a concept, technique or idea to create a AP portfolio ready piece of work .
Your webpages are meant to be a DIGITAL NOTEBOOK allowing me see what you are thinking.
Planning out your projects allows you to envision, engage in and elevate the quality of your work (both technique and concept to AP portfolio levels).
100 point projects are scored both on technical merits ( web page components, tutorials, daily work) as well as AP Design Standards. This means that there is some gray area on how a score is achieved. Feedback, critique and discussion are essential to clarify points. The more information you include, the easier it is to achieve a high score.
