Thank you for supporting our students through the Senior Project experience.

As a faculty advisor, your responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and approving your student’s application

• Contact On-Site Sponsor once before student has left for project

• Monitoring student progress

• Reviewing Daily Logs & Journals

• Communicating with students throughout the senior project experience, especially if concerns arise 

• Completing the Faculty Evaluation Form at the end of the project

Your guidance helps shape a meaningful experience for each student.

Advisors may access student Daily Logs & Journals through the shared tracking spreadsheet.

This sheet allows you to:

• Review entries

• Confirm completion

• Track overall student progress

If you need access permissions or technical support, please contact the Senior Project Coordinator.

After your student completes their project and submits all requirements, the Evaluation Form will be emailed to you. Please use the student's @solonschools.net email address when filling out the form.

Your evaluation helps determine whether the student has met program expectations and assists with final approval.
