School Counseling

Welcome!

These are definitely strange--but very necessary--times. I hope you all are healthy and are finding ways to stay connected with loved ones. Thankfully we live in a very virtually connected society where we have access to resources and supports at our fingertips.

I hope that this website can be another resource for you and your family. Within this site, you will find resources for mental health supports in the area, resources for engaging the social and emotional learning (SEL) needs of your students, and all things school counseling. I will be adding to this site at least twice a week while our schools are closed. Go to the "Weekly Updates" page to see what's new each week.

Please feel to email me at mamundson@solon.k12.ia.us

Hang tight and stay healthy- together we can get through this.
