Vista Bonita (New Construction) - In Progress

Located in La Quinta Polo Estates, Vista Bonita is Solidified Development's first crack at new construction.  The opportunity came along when the lot was available and came with city and HOA approved plans and permits.  The house is over 6,400 sq. feet on a 2 acre lot!  This custom home is available for purchase and will be completed in Fall 2023.

Fair Circle

Just closed!  Solidified Development has been waiting for years to restore a William Krisel designed Alexander in Vista Las Palmas.  This property boasts incredible, unobstructed views; original, imagined elements; and beautiful clerestory windows.  Stay tuned for the jaw-dropping transformation.

Williams

This Indian Wells project was be dramatically changed.  The closed-off kitchen will be relocated to the existing den location--next to the living room.  This will present the opportunity to create two additional bedrooms!  Once completed, the home will have 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

Halgar

Located in Magnesia Falls Cove, the Halgar project sits in one of the first communities in the city of Rancho Mirage.  The mid-century house will feature Cambria stone, custom walnut skin cabinets, hand-selected shower tiles, terrazzo-look porcelain floor tile, emasculate desert landscaping, and new windows.  

Toledo

A Featured Home on the 2022 Modernism Week Signature Home Tours. We bought this home from a local philanthropist who wanted to downsize.  The Charles Du Bois designed home is located in the Canyon Estates community in Palm Springs.  Some signature features are the umbrella ceilings, clerstory windows, gothic door handles (rummered to be bought from a closing moturary company), and wet bar.  Being an executive model (the largest in the community) the house was made for entertaining.  The kitchen was relocated from a tucked-in corner of the house to immediately next to the living and bar area.  To compliment the relocation, a 20' multi-panel slider, Neolith stone, and semi-custom kitchen cabinets were installed.  The primary suite features hand made concrete tiles, Fliepaper wall coverings, and custom closets.

Blackfoot

Located in the heart of Indian Wells, this 4,440+ sq. foot home boasts 4 bedrooms and a 750 sq. foot guesthouse.  What was a french county home transformed into a trendy modern farmhouse.  Walls and entryways were actually closed in this project to accommodate a larger kitchen space.  We touched every single inch of the house to create a welcoming, family home.  Moreoever, skylights were added, semi-custom kitchen cabinets, luxury appliances, new showers, new flooring throughout, Bedrosians porcelian bookmatched slabs for the fireplace and custom closets were installed.

Sun

This mid-century was in dire need of renovation as tiles were popping up, maintenance was neglected and the 2000's facelift was coming undone.  To keep mid-century architectural details, a new concrete block fence was added to the carport; yet bold tile in the front entry and showers create a "look at me" moment.  The wood veneered cabinets with the high gloss flat paneled cabinets and large island were installed in the kitchen giving the new homeowner an open concept marvel perfect for entertaining.  Complimented with desert-friendly cacti and agave gave this Palm Desert hidden gem something worth appreciating.
