Alex is a resident of the Coachella Valley since 1996.  He met his beautiful wife, Maria, while attending Coachella Valley High School.  Upon graduation, he attended Cal State, San Bernardino majoring in Business Administration, graduated from the University of Redlands with a Master's in Business Administration (emphasis in Global Business), and finally earned his Master's in Business Research from the University of Liverpool.  Within that time he started Solidified Development and has been involved in reshaping the residential real estate landscape in the Greater Palm Springs Area.  "I renovate or restore homes as if I were living in the home".  This mindset allows Alex to create personalized and custom spaces in every project.  

Dr. Chuo is born and raised in the Coachella Valley.  Coming from migrant parents, she knows the meaning of hard work.  She graduated with both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Redlands and earned her Doctorate degree at Nova South Eastern University.  After building an Autism center, helping thousands of individuals in the process, she has focused on what matters most--her children.  Dr. Chuo now helps her husband transform houses to homes.

Moises came to work with Solidified Development since 2017.  With years of experience and renovating hundreds of homes, he brings great management and knowledge to the organization.  Moises is heavily involved with the local VW car club.
