Main Street Middle School School Counselors work in collaboration with all Soledad Unified School District Elementary Schools: Frank Ledesma, Gabilan, Jack Franscioni, Rose Ferrero, and San Vicente to bridge the transition from Elementary School to Middle School.  We also work in collaboration with Soledad High School to bridge the transition from Middle School to High School.
