6 Year Plan
Your 6 year plan begins during your 7th grade year and leads you through your 12th grade year. Your pathway to success begins at Main Street Middle continues through High School graduation and beyond. Contact your School Counselor for more information, available for walk-ins in the library during breaks and lunch.
School Counselors provide Tier I Classroom Lessons on their 6 Year Plan for ALL STUDENTS.
