I think parent/ student personal choice to protect clothes is fine.
POSCA Also to help supply our Art baskets please get some wide Bold 8mm chisel top paint Posca markers. 8 Pack.
I think the easiest place to buy Posca is at Conan. But here are some pictures below we found online.

April 20-24 Its Earth Week!
Artists show abstract energy in many different ways in their artwork.
Artists not only create drawings, cartoons, or moving sculptures they also make abstract paintings influenced by the 'life force energy' of Nature.
Goal: Create a drawing or painting (if you have supplies) showing something in nature that demonstrates dramatic movement in nature.
Instructions:
Look at the Art work Of Georgia O'Keefe. She used nature as her inspiration. She also found nature had a powerful energetic life force that she could try to show in her artwork. You could be inspired by her style. It could be a bug moving, a up-close investigation of a flower, a plant growing, an animal crawling, or light moving on a landscape.
Use these artworks in these museum files and videos for inspiration.
Tips:
Use any material you have at home.
Think of the energy of springtime and this week is EARTH WEEK. Be inspired to make art About Nature and its amazing energy.
Look at Artist Georgia O'Keefe' for inspiration.
Due: in Seesaw before Tuesday, April 28.
Please log into Brain Pop and look at Georgia O'keefe
Artists show kinetic energy in many different ways
Artists not only create drawings like we tired last week but they can also make moving sculptures or cartoons showing moving.
Goal: Create a short film based on the "Quarantine machine' and post your short film in Seesaw.
Show kinetic energy in your bedroom with a moving object.
Or if you prefer ..........make a series of small cartoon drawings of what a "Quarantine machine" would do in your room or house.
Tips: You could think of a task you need to do at home and think how kinetic energy can do that simple activity.
Don't break anything at your house. Use something soft.
Have fun use your kinetic creativity.
Watch these fun videos below.
Check out this TV show in Japan. This was originally invented by Rube Goldberg.
