Bullying is a term that's thrown around a lot, especially by kids, for incidents that are often just conflicts. Bullying is a very defined term and must include:
-Aggression
-Repetition: bullying must occur more than once, or be able to occur more than once
-Power Imbalance: Kids that bully have to have some power over the victim. This can include physical stature, age, popularity, and knowledge of potentially embarrassing facts of the victim. This power imbalance can be shifted and changed over time and depending on the situation.
