Responsible for hosting and chairing meetings and setting the agenda

General maintenance of the society

Holding other committee members accountable for their roles and responsibilities, and allocating jobs to the relevant members

Responsible for assisting the president in maintaining the society

Responsible for admin of running rehearsals for the general group

Performing Arts group representative and liaison for smaller groups

Taking minutes in meetings and sending meeting invitations

Maintaining the social media accounts for ASS

Liaison for small groups on matters relevant to social media

Knowledge and sensitivity of branding and maintaining in brand standards and brand image

Responsible for organising and publicising events (rehearsals and concerts - with help from VP and other committee members) and socials for ASS

Coordination with Social media rep making graphics and publicity material to ensure branding is maintained.

Responsible for organising: Printing costs / merch / tickets for events / organising funding / float money

DAP: Diversity, Accessibility & Participation

Responsible for handling welfare issues that arise within the group

Responsible for encouraging diversity, inclusion, accessibility and participation in all aspects of the society
