Job Responsibilities:
Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems and layouts
Supervise CEO office staff and ensure task completion and performance
Liaise with vendors and service providers
Organize office maintenance and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Plan and support internal events, and communications particularly with the management team
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO’s office and other internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Support the CEO in employee engagement efforts, and company-wide initiatives.
Help plan and execute executive offsites, leadership workshops, and key corporate events.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
Experience working with senior leadership and managing confidential and strategic matters.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Filipino is a plus).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities; thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve proactively, and manage high-pressure situations.
High emotional intelligence, discretion, and a strong sense of integrity.
Regular working hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
