JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
Responsible for managing daily office operations, acting as a liaison with stakeholders, maintaining records, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance. Handles customer service, event planning, and financial administration while upholding confidentiality. Requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and technical skills to efficiently manage tasks and support company operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
To be responsible for incoming/outgoing mail, attend to dispatch for courier packages as well as ensure it is passed/handed to the correct person.
To handle incoming calls, emails, general inquiries, and employees’ requests.
To manage office administrative and operational activities such as office supplies, office equipment, and purchases.
To manage office supplies including stationery, office facilities, and update asset inventory records timely.
To deal with vendors for office and hostel cleaning.
To deal with contractors for office maintenance, repairs, and renovation work.
To arrange office cleaners' schedules, as well as monitor their work.
To provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying.
To participate in in-office meetings and take meeting minutes.
To be responsible for monthly office payment reminders.
To involve and organize company events such as annual dinners, festival events, and so on.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience in liaison or client relations roles: Knowledge of coordinating between departments or with external clients/stakeholders is a plus.
English; Filipino
With at least 1-3 years relative experience
Regular working hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
