We want you to feel prepared, confident, and supported as you take your IB exams this year, find the answers to the most common questions...
IB exam fee:
$123 per exam
$25 if you qualify for FRL (Free & Reduced Lunch program)
Important Payment Dates:
Oct 31: $50 deposit (non-refundable):
Nov 14: Final payment due, bill must be paid in full
Nov 17: late fees begin ($17 per exam)
Jan 9: late fees increase to $27 per exam
Visit the IB Office (A210) ONLY during break or lunch to make an alternative payment plan.

NOTE: IN THE ROOM means you need to be in the testing room by that time. When you enter that room, you are under exam conditions!
EXAM LOCATIONS
All exams (except Spanish & French listening exams) are in the MAIN GYM
Listening exams (French & Spanish) are in A207
Student health is the priority; IB procedures are in place to support documented illness.
If the student is ill on the day of an IB exam, please notify the IB Office via email within 24 hours.
A doctor’s note (or other official documentation) covering the exam date(s)/times is required and must be submitted promptly.
Illness (or other absences) may qualify under IB’s Adverse Circumstances policy for special consideration or exam rescheduling.
IB has procedures in place to support students.
If you are less than 60 minutes late, you may still be allowed to sit the exam at the IB Coordinator’s discretion
Doors will be locked
Check in through the main office and they can notify the IB Coordinator that you’re on your way
Blue or black ballpoint pens (no erasable/gel ink)
Pencils and erasers (Bio P1 only)
Calculator (Math Apps only–your teacher will collect from you and deliver to the IB Coordinator before the exam.)

You may bring your own snacks to eat before, after or during a break NOT in the exam room
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF
Encourage balance and self-care:
Get enough rest the night before
Eat a good breakfast
Bring water and breathe deeply

IB students are expected to be honest in all their work.
Cheating, copying, or sharing test content goes against IB rules and could put your diploma or course certificate at risk.
