Mainstage/Auditorium

The Mainstage is where we have productions and rehearsals, as well as occasional all theatre meetings.

Who uses this space?

Everyone! The crew works here during both rehearsals and during the productions. Actors perform and rehearse here. And finally the audience fills out the seats.

Where is it located?

It is across from the Main gym located by the gym door entrance. It also just down the hall from the drama room (213)

Scene Shop

Workspace where most of the props get built, painted, and set pieces are made!

Who uses this space?

The crew! Almost all the crews use this workspace.

Where is it located?

It is in the left wing (on the right from the audience’s perspective) of the stage.

• Two outdoor entrances by the band room

Booth

The area at the back of the audience where all the lighting and sound comes from.

Who uses this space?

The main people you can find here are lights crew, sound crew, and the student technical director.

Where is it located?

At the far end of the mainstage

Cats

The secret walkways in the ceiling of the mainstage where lights come from.

Who uses this space?

Light crew will occasionally go up there to fix a light, change the angle, and or add gels. But the people who do spotlights get to hang up there for the whole show.

Bat Cave

The area where lights and gels are stored

Where is it located?

Its in the booth, under the stairs to the cats

Entrances:

Little Theatre

The smaller stage normally used for the class projects for the upperclassmen and spring show.

Who uses this space?

Rep and advanced rep classes, spring show cast and crew, and anyone casted in a Frequent Friday.

Where is it located?

By the south ramp near the main entrance

• Front door near at the top of the south ramp

Theatre’s storage space

Where is it located?

By the Main gym

Entrances:

• The door next to the gym

The drama room

Who uses this space?

The drama students and is used as a greenroom for all the shows.

Where is it located?

Second floor near the cafeteria and gyms.

Entrances:

• The first door closest to the cafeteria

• Not the second set of double doors

• The side door in the band hallway

Lobby

This is the area where audience members enter through and the closest bathrooms to the mainstage.

Who uses this space?

House crew usually work here to design the board and prepare to welcome the audience. If rehearsal is being held here then actors will also be using the space.

Where is it located?

Its at the farthest side of the house through two sets of double doors

Props and Costumes Loft

The upstairs space where all the costumes are stored as well as the props.

Who uses this space?

Costumes crew, and props crew. As well as the upperclassmen classes when getting their props and costumes for class projects.

Where is it located?

Its located above the stage

Dressing Rooms

The girls and boys dressing rooms

Who uses this space?

Actors and costumes crew

Choir Room

The choir room. It is usually used as an audition and rehearsal room for the musical

Choir, as well as musical cast members
