Thanksgiving is right around the corner! Please remember we are collecting canned goods and other non-perishables during the month of November for needy families within our parish.
Trimester 2 begins tomorrow. T1 report cards will be emailed on 11/26.
This Friday, 11/22, the Student Council is sponsoring a Candy Cart during lunch for $1.00 per box.
GENERAL REMINDERS:
Students need to be dressed in full winter uniform, including shoes and socks. There should be NO LOGOS on the socks. Spirit-wear is only permitted on gym days (Mondays and Wednesdays.) Skirts should not be rolled. Make-up and perfume are not permitted. Students should be prepared for school with all books and supplies every day.
No candy or gum-chewing is permitted in school.
Students should write down HW daily and check assignment planners at home.
Please check Powerschool regularly to keep track of grades and/or missing assignments. Students should speak to teachers about missing work.
ELA CLASS:
Students should refer to their HW planners for daily HW assignments.
Students are expected to be prepared for class with their ELA binder which contains extra looseleaf, all study guides, notes, worksheets, etc. It is very important that students bring it home and back to school every day. Students are also required to have an ELA copybook and a fully stocked pencil case. No pages should be torn out of copybooks.
This week, we are finishing our novel The Outsiders. We plan on watching the movie in class some time this week.
MATH CLASS INFORMATION:
Students are expected to be prepared for math class with a math copybook and a math binder, as well as a fully stocked pencil case.
