Mrs. Doran

Welcome to my class! I have been teaching for many years. I have taught various grade levels and subject areas in both New Jersey and Maryland throughout the years. My family and I live in Abingdon, and we have been members of St. Margaret Parish since 2007. I started teaching at St. Margaret School in 2014, when all my kids were in school full time. Working here with an amazing faculty and staff and getting to know all the wonderful families has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. I am looking forward to teaching all the middle school grades this year.

I have three children, and all of them have graduated from SMS. Outside of school you can expect to see me at different sports fields watching my kids play soccer, field hockey, football, and lacrosse. We are very busy, but it is so much fun!

In my free time I enjoy reading, cooking, spending time outdoors, going out to dinner, and going on vacation with my family.

In our classroom this year, we will work hard to create a quiet, happy learning environment. We will be prepared, stay organized, try our best, and be successful every day. We will set aside time each day to pray, spread kindness, and allow everyone to learn. 

I look forward to an exciting year filled with learning, new friendships, and lots and lots of fun!
