During Science week 5th class made Scribblebots. They learnt how to connect a motor to a battery. It took quite an effort to get the scribblebot to draw a circle. Lots of adjusting was required but helping each other out to solve the problem was the order of the day..

During Science week 2nd Class visited our partner school and worked with the boys and girls there on their Beebot project. Giving commands and programming the Beebot was fun, simple and they can't wait to meet up again.

At the end of October 5th class learned about pollination and using their new Lego WeDo 2.0 kits they programmed a Lego bee to search out the flower and "collect" the nectar. Great fun . Engaging and exciting were the adjectives used to describe the activities.

6th Class and their teacher Miss Murphy took part in some Maths activities using IZAK 9 cubes during November.
