Welcome to the Wellness Through Creativity Blog!

Ms. Gallien and eight students are together at a beautiful Santa Cruz beach house for four days of writing and cooking. Our time together will be filled with creating in community and enjoying the beauty of Pleasure Point in Santa Cruz. Each day, we will nurture our bodies minds, and spirits, through writing in our beach house and at the ocean, and working side by side preparing pizza, pasta, sourdough, and many other meals from scratch in our gorgeous kitchen.
