Our day officially started at 11am at our first writing circle of the day. After sharing stories, we spent some time relaxing in the sun before heading over to the beach. Many of the girls plunged into the water, which was very cold. However the weather was beautiful at 67 degrees. After everyone was wet and cold, we headed back and had snacks and naps, but not before we all went to the corner shop for more snacks. Some of the girls sat together to talk about their lives and sharing memories. We baked sourdough and made soup, before we all gathered around the dinner table to eat while bonding. Once we cleaned up, we prepared the cinnamon rolls for the next day and started baking brownies.
