Today, we traveled from Çanakkale, along the Aegean coast, to see the Pergamon Acropolis and Asclepion Health Center. Here are the highlights:
"Today we had a really cool day exploring history near Kuşadası. We visited the Pergamon Acropolis and rode a cable car up to the top where we saw incredible ruins and views of the area. Pergamon used to be an important ancient city, and it was amazing to walk around where people lived thousands of years ago. We also went to the Asclepion of Pergamon, which was one of the earliest medical centers in the world. After a long day of exploring, we had dinner and stayed at our hotel in Ephesus."
