• Make playdough or salt dough

Find a recipe online to make some playdough or salt dough!

• Use materials you have at home to create something

Using cardboard, boxes, paper plates, tissue boxes, toilet rolls, paints, craft materials, paper, textas, pencils etc.. use your imagination to create something unique!

• Drawing/Painting

We have some very talented students in the 5/6 area. You could do some drawing or some painting. You could even learn how to draw something new using a YouTube video to teach you!

• Chalk Art

If you have chalk at home, spend some time outside drawing/writing/creating something using chalk on your driveway/footpath/backyard.

• Sewing

With parent supervision, and if you have the materials at home, you could use some material such as felt to make something using a needle and thread.

• Knitting

Find a YouTube video that teaches you how to Knit! You could create something if you have the knitting needles and wool at home!

• Make a kite

Find some materials at home such as sticks, paper and string to make a kite! See if you can actually fly it outside on a windy day!

• Puppets

Plan and make some finger or hand puppets. You could then use these to put on a puppet show for your family! Maybe you even have a big cardboard box at home that you could turn into a theatre!

• Origami

Use some paper to create some origami!

• Jewellery Making

If you have some wire, beads etc at home, you could create some bracelets, necklaces or maybe even some earrings!
