Hello, my name is Mrs. Krissa Hackett. I serve as the Transition Case Manager and Volleyball Coach at Smith County High School. I am passionate about helping students develop the academic, career, and life skills they need for success after high school while building confident, disciplined athletes on and off the volleyball court. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in accountability, trust, leadership, teamwork, and encouraging students to reach their full potential through positivity and hard work.

I've been happily married to my husband, Chad, for 30 years. Together we have four wonderful children, a daughter-in-law, and a future son-in-law who are the greatest blessings in our lives. My faith and Family are the foundation of everything I do, and I treasure every opportunity to spend quality time together with our family.

Outside of school, my daughter Abigayle, and myself own and operate a small online business called 3twenty-one gayle, where we handcraft all-natural laundry soaps, bath and body products and cleaning supplies that keeps us busy. Whether we are cheering on the Boston Red Sox, watching NASCAR, taking family vacations, or simply enjoying time at home, our family values making memories together. I consider it a privilege to serve the students and families of Smith County and strives each day to make a positive impact through education, coaching, and builing genuine relationships with those i come in contact with.
