SMEM Programming
“Darryl Conway and Ed Strapp are top notch educators and professionals that were able to successfully create live simulations specific to our needs in baseball. Taking the Sports Medicine Emergency Management (SMEM) program was a vital choice for our interdisciplinary team. Simply put, because of this course we were better equipped in handling the numerous critical incidents requiring energy care skills during the season. The skills that were reinforced during the program were paramount. These took place in the virtual classroom, during the skills lab and ultimately cumulated with live simulations on the diamond. Notable reinforcement was placed on role delegation, situational awareness, equipment preparation and training and enhanced communication between providers.”

SMEM offers sport, venue, and personnel specific programming that is customized to the desired objectives of the client, not "cookie-cutter" in design and presentation!
SMEM offers a variety of program designs, including, but not limited to individual presentations on a specific topic, competency-based skills labs, scenario-based simulations, and/or full integrated programs.
SMEM programs can be delivered virtually, in-person, and/or in a "hybrid" format.
