1. Click "Sign up"

3. Click "Connect with Google" or create an account with your information and school email and follow the instructions on how to trim a video, insert questions, and what to expect for a student response report
4. Type in the name of your school and select your subject area
5. You can choose to work through the tutorial on how to search for content, choose and trim a video, insert questions, and what to expect for a student response report. You can also skip the tutorial to begin exploring the tool on your own
1. When a student tries to skip ahead in the video, a lock icon appears and he is prevented from doing so.
2. If a student is unsure of an answer to a question or needs to review what he just watched, he can click "Rewatch" to go back and view the previous section.
1. Under "Video views per portion" a teacher can see how much of the video was watched by a student and how many times. A summary of correct responses and overall grade is shown, as well as a question by question overview for the individual student which shows how they answered. Were a question to be open ended, say a short answer, a teacher could click the check mark to give credit for a correct answer, or assign partial credit by typing in the percentage.
1. Click "Import from Google Classroom" and then choose the course or courses you would like Edpuzzle to sync with.
1. Open up the "Google Chrome Web Store," search for the "Edpuzzle" extension, and then click "ADD TO CHROME"
2. Prior to adding the "Edpuzzle" extension, your "YouTube" video screen would look something like this.
3. With the "Edpuzzle" extension installed, an icon will appear right below the video. Clicking "Edit with edpuzzle" will import the video directly into "Edpuzzle" and instantly allow you to begin editing.
