There are nine at-large positions available for 2026-2027.
Chapter officers are essential to the success of a local chapter. They serve and guide the membership and ensure that all members actively participate.
If you would like to be considered to run for a Chapter Officer position, please complete the following:
Review the Chapter Officer Application Packet.
Fill out the SkillsUSA Chapter Officer Candidate form (online).
Request a Letter of Recommendation from your CTE Teacher.
Turn in the Letter of Recommendation and Memorandum of Understanding from the packet to Ms. Thompson.
Begin campaigning!
Make sure you and your friends vote on September 18th!
All candidates must adhere to the campaigning rules. Remember to get your posters and/or flyers pre-approved by Ms. Thompson!

You cannot start campaigning until you receive approval from Ms. Thompson.
Any fliers, posters, or items to be distributed MUST be approved before use. Fliers and posters can only be hung on doors or windows. Do not hang on a teacher's door or classroom without their permission. Only use clear packing tape. You CANNOT hang on any cement walls.
Do not campaign during class time without your teacher's permission. You may campaign in the hallways, tech hold areas, and outside.
No slander campaigns will be allowed in any form.
All posters and fliers must be taken down by the end of the day on September 18, 2026.
Breaking any rules will lead to immediate disqualification from candidacy.
