The ACT II program is designed with full-time working professionals in mind. The content sessions are designed around the CPSEL and all sessions support leaders to directly apply content to their leadership goals and working contexts and to foster a sense of collegiality and a professional network for learning and practice. Our program models the use of best practices for adult learning through interactive, research based protocols and activities.

Candidates enrolled in the ACT II Program will be enrolled in the program for two consecutive years.** Candidates will demonstrate progress over the course of the program and curate leadership artifacts and reflections in an e-Portfolio. The ePortfolio and a leadership presentation will serve as the demonstration of their work meeting the standard on one element of each of the six CPSEL. The e-Portfolio will include:
The Individualized Leadership Growth Plan will be revisited throughout the year and can be adjusted to better meet the growth needs of an individual candidate (e.g. meeting a standard, change in job assignment, etc).
Candidates will be recommended for the Clear Administrative Services Credential based on the following assessment formats used throughout the program:
