Mr. Brooks Tips for SeeSaw Sucess:
If the Ss use the Google Sign In - make sure students are signed into the correct account (for multiple students in the house). Make sure they are looking in the correct class for the Activities and Journal.
Make sure to download the Seesaw CLASS app (students)
Seesaw Family App (for parents)
When posting items (students and teachers) make sure to click the Green checkbox both times. You must do it two times for anything to post
For Teachers new to Seesaw: Explore, Post, and Try all of the features (video, upload, draw, voice, etc.).
All teachers should consider doing the Seesaw Ambassador Course (takes about 3-4 hours). You then get Premium features, Access to Seesaw Facebook page, new updates, and lots of online webinars for free.
There is a big lag time during uploading videos (takes a few minutes)
Video uploads sometimes takes 45 mins. to show up in the Journal (they are trying to remedy the problem)
Not all phones are able to upload documents, videos, or pictures
