I had a teacher request to find a view in eSD where you can easily see the Q1, Q2 & Q3 grades of a student.
Teacher Connect > Gradebook > Report Card Entry > Change Layout from Assignments to Students
you may need to rid of some unnecessary columns to tidy it up.

Middle School:
Before Tuesday......
Go to the Gradebook > Report Card Entry
Enter a letter in MP4
C = 97
S = 87
NI = 77
U = 67
If you want to see what your numeric calculation is to make a better judgement on the letter, you can populate the MP4 field by "calculating the numeric score" then typing over it with your chosen letter. See the screenshot to the right if you are interested in this.
After Tuesday......
Go back into the Gradebook > Report Card Entry
At this time the calculations will have been made for the FINAL (Y1) GRADE
Double check these calculations to see that the FINAL (Y1) numerical GRADE is what you feel the student has earned. Override anything you see fit in your professional judgement.
Don't forget to hit SAVE.
The above screenshot is ONLY if you want to see the MP4 number before overriding it with the C, S, NI or U.
