The IVIS Spectrum is an in vivo imaging system that enables non-invasive, high-sensitivity detection of bioluminescent and fluorescent signals, ideal for preclinical research in oncology, drug development, and molecular biology. The IVIS Spectrum In Vivo Imaging System is an advanced optical imaging platform widely used for preclinical research involving laboratory mice and rats. The system enables highly sensitive non-invasive imaging using both bioluminescence and fluorescence technologies, allowing researchers to monitor biological processes in real time without sacrificing animals. 

The Echocardiography System provides high-resolution, real-time imaging of the heart, enabling accurate assessment of cardiac function, structure, and blood flow for clinical diagnostics and patient monitoring. The Fujifilm Visual Sonics Vevo echocardiography system is a high-frequency ultrasound imaging platform specifically designed for cardiovascular and preclinical research in laboratory mice and rats. The system provides ultra-high-resolution imaging for detailed assessment of cardiac structure, function, and blood flow in small animal models. Equipped with advanced Doppler, B-mode, M-mode, and strain imaging capabilities, it enables accurate evaluation of cardiac physiology and disease progression in real time. The Vevo system is widely used in studies related to heart failure, hypertension, myocardial infarction, vascular biology, developmental biology, and drug safety assessment. 

An occlusion tail cuff is inflated to momentarily impede blood flow to an animal's tail. The cuff is deflated slowly and a second tail cuff, incorporating Volume Pressure Recording (VPR) technology, measures the physiological characteristics of the returning blood flow. As the blood returns to the tail, the VPR cuff measures the tail swelling that results from arterial pulsations from the blood flow. Systolic blood pressure is measured automatically at the first appearance of tail swelling. Diastolic blood pressure is measured automatically when the rate of swelling stops increasing in the tail.

The Leica VT1200 S Vibratome is a precision tissue sectioning system designed for cutting fresh, fixed, or embedded biological samples with minimal tissue damage. The instrument is widely used in neuroscience, histology, pathology, and biomedical research laboratories for preparing high-quality tissue sections from brain, spinal cord, heart, liver, and other soft tissues. Its advanced vibrating blade technology ensures smooth and reproducible sectioning while preserving cellular morphology and tissue viability. . The VT1200 S is particularly suitable for preparing live tissue slices for electrophysiology, immunohistochemistry, and fluorescence imaging applications. The system features adjustable cutting speed, amplitude, and section thickness, allowing precise optimization for different sample types. A high-precision specimen holder and low vertical blade deflection provide excellent section quality even for delicate tissues. The integrated buffer tray and cooling options help maintain sample integrity during sectioning procedures. 

The Leica TP1020 is an automatic tissue processor designed for laboratory applications. It is used for the fixation, dehydration and infiltration of histological tissue samples with fixatives, alcohol, solvents and paraffin wax.

The reagent stations numbered 1-10 are used to contain reagents. Station 10 may be replaced with an optional third wax bath. Stations 11, 12, and if used 10, are heated, temperature-controlled wax baths that can be filled with either wax pellets or molten paraffin wax.

The HistoCore Arcadia H is a modern paraffin embedding station with a microprocessor control system. Heat and maintain the temperatures of embedding cassettes with specimens and molds as well as the required forceps.

The instrument is distinguished by a simple, modular design and a powerful refrigeration unit with precisely controlled cooling performance.

The environment adaptive control module ensures the working temperature always stabilized at-6 °C. High cooling performance ensures that the instrument's working temperature is reached quickly. • Optimized temperature distribution in the cold plate prevents dripping condensation. The generously dimensioned cooling surface has room for around 65 blocks. 

Basic instrument with separate control panel, programmable retraction with ON/OFF selection, ergonomically positioned electronical coarse feed wheel with user selectable turn directions, without specimen orientation or additional accessories. Semi-Motorized Rotary Microtome with low-maintenance and backlash-free precision micrometer feed system with step motor.Horizontal feed and vertical stroke mechanisms are based on cross roller bearings. 

Cryostat sections (10–40 μm thick) are cut at –16°C and mounted directly on subbed slides. The mounting solution is applied to the subbed slide with a camel hair brush immediately before lifting the section from the knife blade. The sections are dried on the slide 3 hr. to overnight before staining.

Analytical balance designed for accurate laboratory mass measurement with a high-resolution digital display and draft shield to minimize air disturbance during weighing. 

Fume Hood is a laboratory ventilation enclosure designed to capture, contain and remove hazardous chemical fumes and particulates at the work face, protecting users and the environment.

A CO₂ euthanasia chamber with cylinder is a controlled system used in animal labs to humanely euthanize small animals (e.g., mice and rats) following institutional and ethical guidelines. It typically includes a transparent acrylic chamber sized for the species, a secure lid with inlet/outlet ports, and fittings for attaching a medical-grade CO₂ cylinder with regulator and flow meter to deliver a controlled fill rate of CO₂. 

A stereotaxic apparatus for small laboratory animals (mice, rats) is a precision instrument used to accurately position surgical instruments or injectors in the brain or other internal targets. It consists of a stable frame with ear bars and a bite bar to securely and reproducibly immobilize the animal’s head.

The Thermo #1377 BioSafety Cabinet (or similar Thermo Scientific Class II, Type A2 biological safety cabinet) provides personnel, product, and environmental protection for work with infectious or hazardous materials through controlled airflow and HEPA filtration. It features a Class II A2 design with high-efficiency H14 HEPA filters (99.995% efficiency) and inward/downward airflows that contain and filter contaminants.

The Stereo Zoom S9i microscope is suitable for laboratory mice and rat surgeries due to its 9:1 zoom range (about 6×–55×), allowing both overview and fine surgical detail. It provides a large field of view with high depth of field, which is important for precise microsurgical procedures. The long working distance (~122 mm) gives adequate space for surgical instruments and animal handling. Its integrated LED illumination and built-in digital camera allow clear visualization and real-time documentation during surgery. The ergonomic design supports comfortable observation during long surgical procedures. 

An anesthesia setup for small laboratory animals includes a precision vaporizer (for isoflurane/sevoflurane) with a low-flow oxygen source. A non-rebreathing breathing circuit with appropriately sized masks or induction chamber is required. Oxygen flow rates are typically 0.5–1 L/min for rodents and up to 2 L/min for rabbits. Essential monitoring devices include temperature control, respiratory rate, and pulse oximetry. A proper gas scavenging system is mandatory to protect personnel from waste anesthetic gases.

The Reico rectangular dirty autoclave is a horizontal steam sterilizer specially designed for use in animal house and laboratory facilities. It is mainly used for sterilizing animal cages, bedding materials, feeding bottles, surgical instruments, biohazard waste, and laboratory accessories. The autoclave operates using high-pressure saturated steam at temperatures ranging from 121°C to 134°C, ensuring effective destruction of microorganisms and spores. . It is constructed with a stainless-steel chamber and insulated outer body for durability and safety. The equipment is equipped with a radial locking door system that provides airtight sealing during sterilization cycles.
